Walter “Wally” Dutton was a Lyons electrician and his hands-on experience was valuable in the construction of LEO. Dutton worked on circuit checking and dealt with electrical engineering challenges, playing a valuable Role: in constructing both LEO and LEO II, where he supervised the circuit inspector and two part-time ‘wire women’ in constructing the machine.
